there was two delicious pastries on the bench, a few condiments on the bench, in the cupboard and fridge which was wonderful as we had take away fish n chips from a local shop.

The house is stunning, the host was lovely and very responsive and even left us a sweet treat from the local bakery and messaged to say they had the house ready for us prior to our stated check-in time if we wanted to arrive earlier. Modern appliances, 2 lounge rooms and 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms. I wish we had a longer stay to enjoy the facilities more, especially the pool and will definitely be back.

Super spacious and clean, much better equipped than most holiday homes for cooking, nice quiet street and walkable to Castlemaine main town area. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. Great option for a weekend trip.

Main bed was no particularky comfortable. There is a ridge in the middle of the bed. It needs a ne mattress

Tammy was awesome to deal with and the property was exceptional. It is on a road that is easy to find on the north end of town in a residential area with a beautiful aspect out the back. There was absolutely everything we could need and the presentation of the property was A1. Tammy left us a welcome note, a little gift or two and local information.

Great location, just a few minutes' drive to THE Mill. I was checking other houses with a similar price but not as convenient as this one. Luckily, double-checked again and found this lovely house. It's a beautiful house, very comfy. I was taking my mum and kids on a road trip, had visited Castlemae a few times before, and this is the best one!!!
