In peaceful, scenic surroundings, Rocksberry House is only a 5-minute drive from Castlebar’s centre. Guests can enjoy fishing with free use of the house’s angling boats on the nearby lake. Full marks on every count. We couldn't fault anything. John and Bernadette were most welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The place was spotless and so well maintained. Plenty of advice on where to eat and where to visit. Thank you so much.

Bernie welcomed us in with a smile and we felt comfortable for the minute we pulled into the driveway. Breakfast was so tasty! We were well and truly set for the day ahead. Will definitely recommend for anyone to stay here and most certainly will be back :)

“Beautiful place to stay”
We got such a warm welcome from Bernadette. The house and grounds are beautiful. Our room was perfect and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was gorgeous. It is one of the best places we have stayed. We will be back 😀.

Bernie and John is excellent hostess, the B&B is spotlessly clean, and rooms/beds are very comfortable .Brilliant breakfasts, and nothing is too much trouble for them The garden is spectacular. I would highly recommend the as you get a lovely Irish welcome.
