A nice, friendly and quiet location in a small village just 20-30 minutes drive from Lago di Garda. We have enjoyed our stay here to the max!

It is such an amazing place, the villa is beautiful, and isabella the host is amazing she makes you feel special, she has attention to the detail.

A very beautiful place. If you like traveling and finding new places this place will fit you well. Good localization - near lake Garda (5 min car ride) and far from overcrowded places. Beautiful garden where you can spend evenings in peace. Isabella - the host, is a very friendly and helpful person. For us it was the best place to spend a week near lake Garda

The location, the setting in what the the old stone-house is located, is stunning. The fact that there are only a few guests is making you feel somehow relaxed right from the beginning. Isabella is a very friendly and sweet Host. She makes a great breakfast and helps you anytime with a warm heart. Totally recommend! Thanks Isabella!

A truly amazing place, I only wish I had known about it earlier. Everything you need for a secluded vacation, without kids, crowds of tourists, or typical hotels. An old villa, endless views, and silence. Everything in this place is made with love! And the most impressive part is the family that owns the hotel, especially Isabella, who prepared an incredibly aesthetic breakfast and was ready to help 24/7. I can't wait to return here again! ❤️

Isabella is a very warm and lovely host who absolutely makes you feel more than welcome. Every morning Isabella spoiled us with some sweet dishes which were very tasy and delicious. The environment is calm and quiet, excellent for relaxing close to the lake Garda.

We appreciated the house location. It was´t too far from Lago di Garda and also from the Affi and other towns. We also liked the breakfasts and the house garden. The owners were really nice people. There are also restaurants almost next to the house, so you can have dinner there. We would definitely stay there again.

the property is absolutely gorgeous!!! We loved the location in this little town up the hills - it’s like an old Italian movie coming to life. The staff is so welcoming and friendly and we felt a little bit like being part of the family. our room was very spacious and we had a beautiful view overlooking a field. Every morning we had espresso and the buffet variated daily - we could hardly decide between fruits, granola, Italian ham and cheese and freshly baked pastries - so we just had all of it;) After spending the day exploring the lake it really felt like coming home. we enjoyed the sunset with a glass of wine and selfmade caprese (you can store your groceries in their fridge) in the garden, with cats running around. Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect and we will definitely come back!
