Our recent stay at the Hilton near Etna was nothing short of exceptional. The room exceeded expectations in every way - spacious, beautifully designed, and with a super‑comfy bed that made the whole experience feel closer to a six‑star stay. The outdoor pools, gardens, and the unforgettable views of the volcano created a setting that felt both luxurious and unique. It was incredibly easy to relax, unwind, and even chat with other guests around the bar and pool - the atmosphere was that welcoming. Dinner was a highlight in its own right. The quality, presentation, and flavours were so refined that the meal genuinely felt worthy of a Michelin star. I had the pleasure of meeting Rachelle and Salvatore, whose excellent customer service elevated the entire dining experience. The front‑of‑house team were equally impressive - warm, professional, and everything you’d expect from a hotel of this calibre. This is, without hesitation, the best Hilton I’ve ever stayed at, and I would recommend it to others in a heartbeat. If you’re looking for a stay that blends luxury, comfort, and unforgettable scenery, this hotel delivers on every level.

Fabulous staff who are very welcoming and helpful. Elisa (restaurant ) and all of the reception staff need a particular mention. I had a deluxe room which had a mezzanine floor for the bedroom. The rooms were well equipped with a hairdryer, iron, kettle and a coffee machine (but no milk). There is a TV which shows Italian and German TV only. Both restaurants are very good and good value.

Beautiful place to stay, right in the middle of nature. The whole property has been wonderfully renovated. The staff are very nice and helpful.

The reception and waiting staff are exceptional people who will go out of their way to help you and cater to your every need. Always polite, smart, attentive and professional! Well done to all of you. The hotel is situated in a quiet area of Sicily where the only sounds are birds and water. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is travelling with kids and in need of a peaceful hotel with exceptional amenities.

The place is fantastic, definitely a place to go back to, and the golf course with Mt Etna in the background makes it a very peaceful and quiet place to unwind.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff was there super attentive and treated us so well. We loved our stay there!
