The location was perfect. Exceptional views of Mt Etna and surrounding village. The apartment was spacious. Stairs were a challenge but worth it to arrive at our Junior Suite. Free car parking in nearby streets. Very quiet area and walking distance to restaurants and bars.

I cannot think of a better place to stay when visiting Etna. The property was beautiful, at the top of the one and only Castiglione di Sicilia. I woke up to the snowy hills of Etna and enjoyed the views from my balcony. I wished I could stay longer and enjoy it all more. The bed was extremely comfortable, room perfect size and super clean.

What a fabulous guest house: the rooms are lovely- with some really stunning, we loved our terrace with beautiful views over the village and mount Etna, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was fabulous, given us plenty of ideas of things to visit around and places to eat . Breakfast was fabulous- best coffees of our stay in Sicily! The village is beautiful and a joy to explore. There is also an amazing big terrace at the top for everyone- a real germ. We loved our stay :)

Our host Marilena was fantastic, friendly and helpful. I would not stay anywhere else in Castiglione. Look forward to the next time I visit.

Fabulous little guest house in the centre of town. The staff were very friendly, helpful and charming. The room had a lovely balcony with a view of Etna. It was well organised and had all the facilities one required.

This was our second visit to Cento Tari' (first one in 2019). We enjoyed our stay on both occasions, especially with respect to value for money. The guesthouse is located in a picturesque spot within the central part of Castiglione di Sicilia. It is composed of various rooms in different sizes, as well as a small eating area (which, as far as I know, is only used for breakfast) and a very pretty rooftop terrace.

Don’t miss out on the superb breakfast cooked to order and freshly squeezed orange juice (Sicilian blood oranges when in season). The guest house is beautiful - 18th century facade on older building, marble staircase, etc and attractively furnished by the family of siblings who were our wonderful hosts. We had a junior suite on the 3rd floor with a large, private S facing terrace looking over the town and valley towards Etna. We enjoyed the atmospheric ancient village and surrounding countryside and would have liked to spend more time exploring the area - two nights just wasn’t enough!

We were pleasantly surprised by the location. From our terrace, we had a view of Mt. Etna, covered in snow. Just gorgeous. The town is very cute, built on a hill, easy to walk around but not so easy to drive around, given the narrow streets. A mountaintop town with easy access to Mt. Etna.

Lovely little guest house, beautifully decorated and a very good choice of breakfast foods. A very friendly local bar next door with the best arancini we tried in Sicily. Excellent restaurant off the Laura Square. Very helpful and friendly staff. We liked the town with its castello (nice wine to try there)

“Perfect stay”

We had a nice room with a terrace above the roofs of Castiglione with an outstanding view of Mount Etna. The room was well equipped, quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast in house but went to the lovely small café next door, where locals meet each morning. The town is a good starting point to visit Etna and Alcantara River. Everything was perfect.

So nice welcome from one of the owners and the escort to the room was very nice, helpfulness in every matter not expected. We chose to stay here because of the historic center with monuments and nature in the area
