The place is unique. You may have great experiene of feeling life in middleages. Nearby is very good restaurant and castle which is must to see with great view on Etna and Alcantara valley. The history of the place is very interesting and it is worth to read about that and walk through the narrow streets for outstanding experience. Extremely quiet place, great for rest. Close proximity to Alcantara and Etna.

We loved everything about this place and wished we could have stayed longer. The host was very welcoming and professional, the room very large and comfortable with nice shower and bathroom. Really quiet location so we had a great nights sleep, very restful. Nice breakfast with good choice and great coffee. The room also had a lovely view with a terrace and outdoor seating. Authentic village experience with lots to do in the surrounding area. Will definately visit again and stay longer next time!

We stayed for 1 night and we had a very good time. The house was old and somewhat neglected, in an neglected neighborhood, could sleep 7 people, had a functioning kitchen, not very well equipped in general, but it was still charming and had the best view in the village. We really enjoyed the balcony on the top floor, location was very good close to every site of interest in this charming village, quiet at night (we had a very good sleep). Staff was friendly and helpful and overall we would stay there again.

The terrance and location in the city were really good. The staff was nice and presented us everything we needed to know about the location and the city. I liked the old decorations and trying to keep it close to the old city.

The location is excellent, and the accommodation combines charm with traditional design. Valentino was outstanding; we truly enjoyed his company during breakfast. We also want to extend our gratitude to Giuseppe at the front desk.

We loved the different outside seating areas! Even though the owner didn't really speak English, he was very friendly and hospitable. The accomodation is situated in a very cute village with several nice restaurants.

Breakfast was satisfactory thoughwe would have preferred a greater choice of fruit. This was not unusual. It seems that Italian breakfasts revolve mainly around bread/croissants and cakes!

The room was very comfortable and in the town centre. Public parking was easy within 2 minutes walk. The breakfast was incredible - a full selection of Sicilian cakes and pastries, served in a beautiful traditional-feeling room. Valentino was super-friendly and helpful and even gave us ideas for Sicilian recipes and cooking.
