“Apartment at lovely roof garden and exceptional host!”
Great apartment along central and cozy roof garden with lots of (flowering) plants. Fresh bread every morning and breakfast on the roof garden. Exceptional host! very welcoming, warm and helpful. Was available for all our questions. We felt at home straigth away. Supermarket on theground floor. Highly recommended.

The location of the apartment was great . Close to the beach and old town . The bikes were great fun . The lady who greeted us was lovely and very helpful .

“Really amazing, we'd definitely come back!”
We enjoyed our stay very, very much (even if the weather didn't play along). Chiara is an exeptional host, and that goes way beyond the much mentioned free croissants in the morning. Also, it's very clean, and has the closest shopping opportunity we ever had (literally one floor downstairs without any noise being notable), free and safe parking, just a few minutes (maybe 10 going slowly) to walk to the city center. A nice community terrace and our own tiny private balcony on the second floor in our appartment. If you plan on cooking, the supermarket downstairs has a great selection of fresh products (fish, meat, cheese, bread, and even meals), but you might want to consider bringing a small amount of your preferred spices, salt and oil (it's available in the supermarket, but only in larger quantity - still for very little money) or check out the coop that's just a few hundred meters away.

“Perfect Location in Castiglone Della Pescaia”
Great stay at the apartment in Castiglone Della Pescaia. The staff are wonderful especially Chiara, with the beautiful friendly smile. The location is less than 10 minutes walk from the center and beach. The apartments are clean and modern. There is also a beautiful shaded terrace, perfect for gathering in the evening. There is a supermarket in the basement which is really handy and well stocked.
