“For a long time, this was the best accommodation in Italy where we have stayed.”
A wonderful place to stay for a family holiday with children and dogs. There is plenty of space around the house to walk and enjoy the Tuscan views. The dog-friendly beach is 16 km away, about a 25-minute drive, but it’s definitely worth it — I would go there even without dogs, as it is much cleaner than the city beach and the water is crystal clear. The staff are friendly, though unfortunately they don’t speak English, but with a translator all questions can be solved easily.

It is a wonderful location with amazing views from the hill. In July it got so hot though and unfortunately the air condition was broken when we arrived and could not be repaired quickly. As it was impossible to stay in the house without air condition, the hosts offered to transfer us to another apartment in the town centre of Castiglione de la Pescaia which had air condition. It was a good solution for us as from there we could enjoy the beach in walking distance and had a parking space included.

The house is located in a quiet picturesque place. It took us about 15 min by car to the parking lot to the dog beach. The house itself is cozy, all windows are equipped with a mosquito net, and the kitchen has quit a lot of dishes, although of course it would be convenient to have a dishwasher. A wonderful place for vacation!

Amazing landscape, good location close to the sea. Great accommodation with view. Airco working well. Very very clean house. Possibility to bring our dog.
