Incredible brand new apartment,

Easily one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in. The apartment was spacious, clean, modern and equipped with everything you might need. There was a very nice patio overlooking the mountains, with chairs, table and even hammaka! The host was very nice! Nicely folded duvets (into heart shapes!) and towels was a cherry on top. Underground parking was available. Would love to come back.

“Very relaxing no hassle stay”

Nice facilities within the studio. Only 2 mins walk to the bus stop. Not too far from the centre of the town to go shopping. Norbert was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

“Specified conditions”

Everything was above and beyond expectations except for the check-in, there was no clerk to open the hotel for us and of course the apartment in particular. We waited for the clerk outside for over 30 minutes and could not contact anyone connected to the hotel. Finally the clerk appeared and from then on it was fine.

“Awesome stay”

Loved the design of the house! It was very comfortable & includes a small kitchenette which was fully equipped with all the utensils we needed for cooking. Great view as well in front with spacious area to relax even with a hammock! The sauna was wonderful as well. They even included a guest pass which you can use on buses & some cable cars but not the one to alp di siusi. Location is great only about 18 mins drive up to alp di siusi.

My experience at this place was absolutely wonderful. First of all, I would like to thank the staff member who welcomed us upon arrival. He was extremely kind and respectful, helped us a lot, and was always available whenever we needed anything. The apartment itself was very beautiful, with a stunning view of the mountains and surrounding nature. The place is also very quiet, providing great peace of mind away from the noise of the.city. The apartment was extremely clean and equipped witheverything you might need. The kitchen had all the necessary tools and utensils, and the Wi-Fi was strong and fast throughout our stay. The location is also excellent, just about an 8-minute drive from the center of Ortisei, making it very easy to reach the village, restaurants, and shops. I would like to thank the management for their care, cleanliness, and excellent organization. In short, it was a perfect stay in every way, and I will definitely come back to this place in the future, God willing.

The apartment is incredible! It's clean, everything is new, and it's close to downtown. The view from the balcony is amazing. Mister Karbon is a really nice person. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

“Highly recommended”

Nice and convenient location, either you are going to use auto or take a bus to the slop. Stylish apartment with fully equipped kitchen. I didn’t find dishwasher in description of the room, but we had it. Espresso machine was a nice addition.

“Perfect and peaceful gateaway in the Dolomites”

Design and decoration is just sublime, the house is new or almost new and very well taken care of. Everything in the house is well thought of. Views are spectacular. As per in comfort, we had total freedom to move around, feeling like at home. So relaxing after the whole day visiting. Having parking space within the building is very comfortable.

Newly opened, stylishly decorated apartments with high quality fittings and material, great attention to details, large rain shower, comfortable bed with an eiderdown duvet, SMEG and DeLonghi appliances, spacious garage in the basement, elevator, large balcony with outstanding views. Short walking distance to the town center.
