Filipo's mum is really good at baking! You will have to try everything in the morning, the breakfasts (on a larger indoor terrace) are really worth it! The cleanliness of the place overall is unbeliavable, not just in terms of Sicilly. The road around is quiet and the shades + windows block the noise very well. And the area around is in my eyes the best in Sicilly, the owner will tell you the best places to go, including speed cam locations :) Some tips from us around: try Arancini at V78 bar or just the bakery at Conad in San Vito. Monte Monaco is a good hike when Zingaro and Cofano reserves are closed due to fires in summer 2025).

This place completely exceeded our expectations — Filippo is an amazing and incredibly thoughtful host. He gave us tons of great tips for trips around the area, and absolutely nothing was ever a problem for him. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic — lots of options, including homemade treats. It was honestly one of the nicest stays during our trip around Sicily. Thank you so much!

Oh wow! This was the cleanest accommodation I've ever been to on my travels! It was obvious that they are very keen on keeping everything to an amazing cleanliness standard. We felt very very welcome and treated like old friends. So many recommendations and even reservations and inquiries made for us. The rooms are very well furnished, there's everything one could need. The bathrooms are beautiful! Thanks to Filippo and his family for making our stay special!

Filippo and his family were amazing hosts. The breakfast was incredible and the room/property kept clean every day. Filippo gave us a lot of recommendations for beaches/restaurants etc., and even gave us a beach umbrella! Amazing stay

Exceptionally friendly staff (the whole family), even packing us food for the trips. The breakfast was very tasty. Very new house, exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. Perfect location just a few car minutes outside of San Vito lo capo (we preferred this location).

“Amazing place to stay in western Sicily”
- Very spacious room with a big terrace - everything looked brand new and was amazingly clean. - closeby to a lot of beaches and to San Vito but without the tons of people - amazing breakfast with homemade cakes from the owner’s mother - parking directly in front of the door
