“Exceptional Apartment!”
Sylvia (owner) met with us to hand over the keys and show us the apartment. Sylvia is responsive and fantastic! The apartment is in a great location, a 10-minute walk to the railway station (Florence to Pisa Trainline), 5 minutes to the grocery store, and close to several cafes and restaurants. We had a great four-night stay!

“Thank you for being such a wonderful hosts. We had a great time and we will visit again.”
Wonderful apartment. Spacious and comfortable. 2 balconies, one of witch was big enough to accommodate a table and 2 chairs, allowing guests to sit outside and enjoy the good weather. Fairly big bedrooms and a huge bathroom with the biggest shower cabin I have ever seen in a property to lend. We had a marvelous time staying here. The hosts were very amiable and friendly.

“Only a short stay but the apartment was lovely and worked really well for us.”
Good communication from the hosts from immediately after booking. Arranging a time on the day to collect the keys was straightforward. Parking was very convenient for the property. The host was very welcoming and happy to show us the apartment. This was very comfortable with lots of space and everything we needed. There was useful information about the facilities available locally. The arrangement for keys on leaving was straightforward. The location worked really well for us, between Firenze and Pisa.

A really big and very beautiful and cozy apartment, everything was very clean and smelled amazing. The owner of the apartment came to meet us even though we arrived unexpectedly late, she had a lot of patience to explain and answer all the questions. She recommended us a local restaurant that stayed open until late, and we walked to it and it was super indulgent and delicious. In the apartment, the kitchen is large and very well equipped, a very pleasant shower and very comfortable beds. The neighborhood is really pleasant and calm, it is very convenient to get to many places from there.
