Perfect location, close to the train station, super clean and more spacious than expected with a bonus balcony where we enjoyed a lunch with wine. Although hosts didn't speak English and I dont speak Italian we understood one another well. They have lots of touches that make it fabulous including a QR code to a welcome guide with allvyou need to know, , mood/low lighting and very tasty candies at a reception desk. I highly recommend this location.

The hotel service is very meticulous and thoughtful. The hotel gives people a very warm and romantic feeling. The breakfast is continental, but compared with other breakfasts of this type, it is the best. Parking is convenient and cheap at the door of the hotel. Highly recommended.

“Wonderful charm and so different from a tourist hotel!”

A courteous welcome set the tone for what would follow. The property is just lovely, a touch old-fashioned, but don't get me wrong - everything you could possibly want is there - a spacious room, a great bathroom, excellent WiFi, a self-service kitchen (with food and fruit in the fridge, and coffee/tea/juice and water for you to help yourself to at any time). Above all, every little detail has been lovingly arranged by the charming and smiling owners - who are there when you need them but in no way intrusive. The property is on the main road near the station, but it has excellent soundproofing and my room was totally silent and thus exactly what I needed after a hectic day on the autostrada. There is a fast charger for e-cars a 2-minute walk away. I loved it at Iris and throughly recommend this as an honest and great place to stay!

Location: Only 1 min. walking distance from Cassino train station on flat street. Very easy access and also 8 min. walking from city center. There are some cafes/restaurants around the hotel. Room: Clean and big enough. Bathroom and balcony is also spacious. Our room has view of Monte Cassino. Common kitchen: There is kettle and coffee/tea set and some free foods. It's great service and hospitality! Staffs: They are so kind and always take care of us. Thank you!
