It has free Wi-Fi throughout and free parking on site, just an hour’s drive from Cork Airport. Rooms at Tir Na Nog are traditionally furnished, and each has picturesque views. Beautiful quiet location close to Cashel. The hosts were so friendly and immediately made us feel welcome. The ample parking space was very safe. Breakfast was excellent.

Very clean, comfortable and had beautiful views from the bedroom window. Hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They even proactively called and suggested a place to have dinner in Kilkenny where we were travelling from.

“We loved visiting Joan and Tommy and had a great time”
Joan and Tommy were excellent Hosts who made us feel right at home. The room was comfortable and we had access to a living room. Every morning we were treated to an excellent breakfast!

“Absolutely amazing”
The property and the grounds are immaculate. It is surrounded by a beautiful manicured hedge with gardens of roses. Thommo the host is exceptional. He greeted us at the door, escorted us to our delightfully appointed room with everything one could possibly need. He recommended a restaurant in the nearby town and we were not disappointed, greeting us when returning and taking us to a sitting room with a glowing fire. Breakfast came with lots of yummy goodies presented on well laid tables with the sun streaming in from all directions. A chat with him before leaving was very informative, both about the local area and beyond. Our stay was very relaxing and Tir Na Nog B&B is highly recommended.

“Highly recommend and will stay again when in Ireland”
Lovely property in the country but not too far from Cashel. Our room was excellent and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, had a lot of choices. Tommy was the best! Great host, full of helpful information, friendly and accommodating.

Warm welcome on arrival and enjoyed the chat with Tommy as he offered a lovely cup of tea and biscuits, along with my daughter, who was not staying the night. Was lovely to meet Joan the next morning and chat with her. Breakfast was lovely and was offered more, which was nice. Nice to wake up with heating on as the weather was turning chilly after a wet night.

The friendly welcome and the local historical knowledge. The honest to God, old fashioned Irish standard welcome and warmth that seems to be hard to find these days. Great recommendations for places to eat and visit in the area.

What a fantastic find. The house sits in quiet countryside outside of Cashel. You will need a car to visit the area. It was a joy to meet Tommy & Joan the owners who were so welcoming and gave us great information on local attractions, pubs & restaurants. The cooked breakfast was amazing.

“A great weekend and lovely wedding”
The breakfast was beautiful, plenty of it and more on standby which we couldn't eat because we were full. The location suited us as it was only a few miles from the wedding we were attending. And Tommy kindly drove us in which was great. Beautiful weekend all round thank Tommy and Jane
