Everything, Jean is a wonderful host. Looked after us with such care. The house is beautiful and authentic. The owners are such kind and genuine people. We would definitely recommend and will be back again without a doubt.

We had a wonderful stay. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The property is beautiful, surrounded by nature and offering a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. Even though we only stayed for one night, we truly enjoyed our time here. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

Where to even start. Absolutely gorgeous house and grounds. When you drive in, a super friendly dog greets you outside the house. The interior is just perfect. Every detail is well thought through. We had a bathroom across the hall, but it didn't feel weird or uncomfortable. (it was specified in the booking) The bathroom was spotless, spacious and smelled amazing. Our bed was super comfortable, enough pillows for a pillow lover, but also small enough if you prefer less. We also had a sink in the room which was super handy. Again, some amazing furniture and decor. Last but not least, the breakfast. The best - and homemade! - scones I've ever had. Selection of jam and marmalade. Fresh orange juice and water with lemon. There was also cereal, but! the host offered us fresh fruit, with yoghurt and granola also. And for the main event, full Irish breakfast, or scrambled with bacon, anything your heart(or stomach) desires. I have to point out also, we were offered tea when we arrived, and that came perfectly served, with some kind of bread cake which was delicious! This place truly exceeded our expectations and would and hopefully will come back again ♥️

We had the most wonderful two-night stay at Noan Country House B&B while attending a wedding in Cashel Palace and honestly, we couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place to stay. From the moment we arrived, Jean made us feel so welcome, there’s such a genuine warmth about the house that instantly helps you relax. The property itself is absolutely stunning, full of character and beautifully restored, with the most peaceful countryside setting. It felt like a proper escape. Our room was incredibly spacious, spotless, and so comfortable, with gorgeous views of the surrounding fields. Every little detail was thought of, and you could really feel the care that goes into the whole experience. Breakfast each morning was a real highlight fresh, delicious, and plentiful (the homemade touches really stood out!). We only wish we could have stayed longer. If you’re attending a wedding nearby or just looking for a peaceful, special place to stay in Tipperary, I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Noan house is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. I was there after a stressful week and it was like getting the biggest hug which is what I needed. It has stayed with me. I was passing through and it was a stop on my journey but I intend to go back in the Spring and stay for a weekend. It is a very very special place

This is a beautiful old house in great repair on a fantastic farm and estate. We stayed here as we were at a wedding nearby. A very comfy bed and lots of beautiful fresh food and cooked breakfast the following morning.
