Offering free WiFi, ZZZleepandGo TRN Torino Airport is located inside Turin Airport, 20 km from central Turin. The capsule rooms are 10 metres from the check-in desks and include a flat-screen TV. “Great concept. Great location. Execution needs polishing and you should be able to rent bedding”
The concept is excellent as I love the similar Japanese approach. The execution could be better however so see next comment. The location is spot on and made access to the departures super relaxed the following morning

“A bit of a nightmare of what was well intended”
in principle, the idea of the pod is great - if you need to wait for your early plane at the airport overnight - you have your own space, no need to worry about luggage, can stretch your legs while lying down. I find that the price for the personal 2 sqm is hugely overpriced though.

I had a reservation for checking in from 8pm. I got an email at almost 6pm saying that I can’t check in until after 11 pm. I got in touch with the staff and they said that they couldn’t do anything about it because is said in their system my room was available after 11pm, even though I showed recites and proof. I then check in at 11pm and a staff opens my room 40 mins later without knocking or letting me know. I then get a loud banging on the door at 2am from the police. They said that they needed my identification. That night was horrible. There were no sleep for me and waste of my money.

They had trouble with the website, so I cannot enter with the credentials that they provided me. I called them by mobile phone, a kind guy opens the doors for me in "manual, from remote". The scanner doesn't work, so I couldn't scan my passport. In the end I was in bed at 10pm, had to woke up at 4:30am. Was ok. Unless when I was sleeping, 2 people made a load of noise and knock on my door......I answered, It's busy, I am sleeping. I did pay when I booked, and they had all my data. The people knocking on my door told me "It's police, open the door now". It was midnight. So I opened. They told me, we had an alert and we must verify your identity. Please show us your passport. I did it, they took a picture of my passport, and no more trouble. But who was in an hotel, payed before, gave all your personal data, and receive police alert at midnight to verify your identity? Please improve your custmer servive!!!!

My cabin was not "working": the screen outside was switched off, so I couldn't enter it the "proper" way, I had to reach out to the customer support number who gave me the code to open a little locker with the emergency key. Inside the cabin, the internal monitor was on but closing the ceiling shades or toggling the lights did not work, so I had to sleep with the outside lighting coming in through the ceiling grate. Also, ventilation couldn't be switched off and it was rather cold. Terrible experience

24/7 support, very helpful staff. I needed support because the instructions on the second monitor for the entering the cabin (the one besides the cabin) were not entirely correct (the instruction said I should enter my phone number without the country code, but in fact it should have been phone number with the country code. Then I had a problem during check-out. It said the door wasn't closed even when it was closed.

“A nightmare1”
In the airport, there is no sign as to where the pods are located. I called customer support and they did not know where the pods were located. I managed to find them after 40 minutes, they sent me to the first floor whereas the pods are located on the ground floor. The automatic check-in was not working, and I could not scan my document. I had to call them back and they, finally, managed to open my pod. We agreed over the phone (it was almost 2 a.m. and I had a flight at 8.30) that I would have sent a picture of my passport the morning after via WhatsApp or email. The police knocked at my door at 4.30 asking for my passport, since they had been contacted by customer service saying that I was illegally sleeping there. A nightmare but at least you do not get bored with these guys!
