Lovely pool area. Didn't use the indoor pool as the weather was great, but it looked very nice too, Good breakfast. Massive room with similar bathroom. Nicely laid out and furnished. Very good quality towels.

Almost all the staff were super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was really good although a couple of the ‘experts’ were a bit condescending. The breakfast was very good. It had loads of great things that I didn’t have the time to use.

This is by far my favourite hotel I've ever stayed in. Everything about it from the staff to the facilities available are top notch. Inclusive shuttle from & to the airport, and 4 times daily to Verona Piazza Brà and Porta Nuova train station. The food is exceptional and everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay special. This was my third visit and I'm already planning my fourth!

The hotel was excellent in every way. Parking was very convenient, and the interior design is beautiful. The rooms were unexpectedly spacious and very comfortable, with especially cozy pillows. Everything is thoughtfully arranged to ensure guests’ comfort. A special thank you for providing bathrobes — such a lovely touch. The spa deserves special attention: everything was spotless, just like the entire hotel and the rooms. The pool was warm, the atmosphere was relaxing, and there was plenty of space to unwind. The staff were polite and welcoming. Special thanks to the restaurant waiters — the man and the woman who were working on February 15–16 — for their excellent service. We have the warmest memories of our stay. Thank you all so much!

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again, everything was perfect! We stayed for my birthday, and they made it so special with a lovely gift. We were there for 7 nights and received a free room upgrade. Everything was perfectly thought out, from the delicious food to the spotless rooms. All the staff members were incredibly kind and professional, and the service was outstanding. The massage at the spa was also fantastic;so relaxing! As a couple in our 30s, we were extremely happy with our stay. The outdoor pool is 145–150 cm deep, which was ideal for someone like me who has a fear of deep water. There’s also an indoor pool, a bar, and a secure underground garage, everything you could ask for! Truly a perfect and unforgettable stay. We can’t wait to come back again! 🤍 Gamze & Onur Hamzali
