“Wanderfull experience”

Very nice and cozy hotel, at 5min drive from the airport. The host Kayta is amazing. She helped us to get a local guide, giving us tips of what to do and even bringing us dinner during a storm. Could not recommend more this place. The room is spacious, confortable and very clean. The swimming pool is a plus and the breakfast delicious.

“A great stay on a paradise island.”

Price quality wise this is the place to stay on the island. You’ll need transport however, the restaurant next door was so good we ate there three nights in a row. Absolutely spotless! The pool is a real treat after a long day of adventures. All the staff are very kind and the breakfast was good too.

Very nice self contained bungalow very very clean with well kept facilities and helpful staff with a lovely breakfast.

We will be back! Great value for money. The breakfast was amazing, the location is fantastic, and the host was super attentive, always looking after us (thank you Kayta!!!) The room was super comfortable and impeccably clean. Nice atmosphere at Quinta Santa Rita even created the space to make friends there.

The rooms and facilities are totally clean. Overall, the place is very safe, clean, and well kept (no insects!). The staff is very nice. Great laundry service for a very reasonable price. The hotel is close to the airport, and relatively close to very nice beaches (bom bom, banana - by car or bike). Very nice breakfast. Great and smooth transport from the airport.

“Nice Reasonably-Priced Hotel Located Near Principe's Airport”

Quinta Santa Rita is a reasonably-priced hotel located near Principe's airport and within a short drive of the main town of Santo Antonio. The rooms are clean and comfortable and a breakfast is provided every morning. The owner is very friendly and helped me find a rental car when I arrived without reserving one. Travel tip: The center of town where the restaurants and shops are located is quite a distance from the hotel, so a rental car (preferably a 4X4) is necessary unless you're on a guided tour.

A simple property with everything you would need: comfortable, clean, good breakfast, amazing staff, specially Kayla. Compered with other properties , is a really good choice. There are best options but at a much higher price.

Located near the airport, you do need a car to get around, however the hotel does arrange transport. THe resort is exceptionally clean and well cared for, our room was spotless and we also had a lounge which was great. The staff are amazing, a really nice place to stay

“Clean and comfortable”

The room was spacious and clean. Everything worked and the wifi was good.

It is a very nice hotel, with super kind staff. They really helped everywhere they could, even if communication is sometimes difficult. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. We would definitely book here again. I would recommend to hire a car, this can be done via the hotel, but make sure to confirm it before you arrive. There is a limited supply of gasoline on the island so transport can sometimes be an issue. However the the owner of the hotel did their best to drive us to different locations, at a cost of course.

“Nice stay on an island with fantastic pristine beaches!”

Nice swimmingpool and area around it. Nice veranda to sit and enjoy the evenings with tropical sounds from the nearby jungle. The manager drove us for free to one of the lovely beaches. There is a very local open air restaurant a few hundred meters away that serves dinner but you should order in advance. They serve typical local food: fish, rice, breadfruit and fried banana. The food is nice and the atmoshere is great if you like it simple and genuine and can cope with the drunk locals that like to hang around this place. Expect even the staff to be intoxicated in a higher level of the scale...

“Recommend! Lovely property and lovely staff!”

Lovely little property in Principe Island. We stayed 4 nights. Keyta and Edmillson were so lovely, helpful, and friendly. We forgot to tell Keyta we already had a vehicle but she went to the airport to pick us up anyways. Sorry Keyta! The property is about a 5 min drive from the airport and they did not charge us for the ride back. We booked the suite which had a nice sized living room, with a fridge, a kettle and they kindly provided us with bottled water for our arrival. It was super clean and air con and the shower water pressure was amazing. There was always plenty of hot water and electricity. The breakfast was simple but good, always eggs, sometimes bacon and or sausages, with fresh bread and a toaster for toasting, fresh juices and fruit and tea and coffee. The pool was so clean and inviting. The wifi did not work well inside the apartment, but super strong at the pool area, so we were always able to connect when needed. Keyta was always around if we needed something. The pillows were super comfy...the bed mattress itself was a little hard, and not super comfortable but we were so tired at the end of each day we didn´t mind. There is a little local bar shack walking distance away where we hung with the locals for some great passionfruit caipirinhas and cold beers. Bom Bom Beach is just about a 15 minute drive. Great place, thumbs up and thank you so much Keyta for everything!
