The host Simona was so lovely and accommodating! Lovely big room and a very comfy bed. Really close to the Conone bus stop for easy travel into Ostia

Decent location, close enough to the sea and the national park, with a very good pool that was fantastic for a hot day.

“A really sweet b&b with a cute garden and pool area.”
The garden and pool area were beautiful and the host who greeted me was very kind and friendly. She waited up for me until 3am to let me in and show me around the facilities. She also took the taxi drivers number and helped me book my transfer back to the airport in the morning. The breakfast was nice too including my favourite holiday drink Bravo, and the room had everything I need.

Hostess went out of her way to help.us find the accommodation. Came to corner shop where we were lost and drove back with us .Very late at night so most appreciated.Also helped us with our next journey to Tivoli.

The host was very kind and ordered pizza for us because we didnt know where to order and it was too late to go out when we arrived. The room was very big and clean. It had everything you need. 10/10
