Oum Palace is perfectly located in Casablanca for seeing the sights of the City. The welcome is warm and friendly by the reception staff. The rooms are modern and clean, breakfast was excellent with a large choice. Special thanks to Hassan for ensuring my Motorbike was securely parked overnight. Oum is highly recommended. I will be back!

“Worst experience ever! Highly do not recommend”
Rude front desk and ignored me when i am clearly standing in front of him. He just attended to others European guest and ignored me as an Asian guest. Totally no respect at all

“The best price-quality ratio”
The best price-quality ratio, perfect breakfast with variety of meals. We needed twin beds and reception found it for us. Special thanks to Ismail, reception guy, he did all his best for our comfortable check-in after late train arriving and staying. A room was huge, clean, equipped with all needed staff
