“Excellent Hotel”
I had a wonderful stay at New Hotel Casablanca and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day exploring Casablanca. The beds were especially comfortable, and everything felt fresh and modern. The food was excellent, with a great variety at breakfast and very good quality ingredients. Each meal was well prepared and enjoyable, making the dining experience one of the highlights of my stay. Most of all, the service was outstanding. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made me feel truly welcome throughout my visit. Overall, a fantastic experience — I would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😊

I had a great experience with this hotel in Casablanca. I accidentally booked two rooms, and they kindly canceled one of the reservations free of charge through Booking, which I really appreciated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast was especially rich and varied — definitely a highlight of my visit. Overall, a very pleasant experience with great service!

“very big disappointment”
pretty clean sheets (they do have stains from before, but it’s not too bad for the price I guess), the staff is friendly, the guy working that evening was all alone and had to help everyone, but he was really nice.
