Nice location, close to the tramway and local stores. The hotel is nice, clean and really comfortable beds/rooms with a little kitchen and all necessary equipment. Also very nice staff. This was the second time we stayed in this hotel and probably not the last. I can strongly recommend.👌

Review: I booked a room through Booking.com for two nights, and since I liked the place, I extended my stay for an additional two nights. I received confirmation of payment both from the website and the hotel. However, just a few hours before checkout, I was surprised by a call from the hotel manager, Mr. Yahia, informing me that there was no room available and that I had to leave immediately. I tried to discuss the issue with them, but they claimed the booking was made through Agoda – even though I had booked through Booking. They refused to provide me with the room or refund my money, insisting it was “not their responsibility.” The manager promised to follow up and resolve the issue within two days and gave me his business card, but nothing was ever done. I was forced to leave the hotel, find alternative accommodation through another platform, and bear additional costs with no compensation. What happened to me was a complete scam: I paid, received confirmation, and yet was denied my booking with no resolution or refund to this day. This was an utterly unprofessional experience, showing poor management and a complete lack of respect for guests. I strongly advise against booking at this hotel under any circumstances.

Nice clean Room, really good beds and pillows. Hot water - hot floors in the toilet. Really Nice staf all over the hotel Good breakfast, good location. The Ghandi tram station is close to the hotel. I really cant say anything bad about this hotel.

The breakfast experience left much to be desired. Unfortunately, there was a noticeable absence of fresh fruits, a variety of vegetables, and cheese, which are often staples of a well-rounded breakfast spread. The selection felt quite limited and could have greatly benefited from a wider array of options, such as seasonal fruits, vibrant salads, and assorted cheeses to cater to different tastes. A more diverse breakfast buffet would have certainly elevated the overall dining experience and provided guests with a more satisfying start to their day.

“No room despite paying”

Well. We arrived at the hotel at midnight were they informed us at that moment that they did not had a room anymore. Even though we already paid and booked, there were not any roomes available. We had to wait one hour after midnight at the lobby while they were calling for other hotels, which they should have done in advance. Not really happy. We did not receive any financial compensation.
