“A Hotel To Be Visited In Casablanca”
Liked mostly everything at Hotel Astrid. Personal were fantastic, in every way. Cleaning Great. Lots Power Plugs All Over and Close to bed. Missed A Fridge in Room. Location Fantastic, in all directions from hotel. WiFi in room was very good and stable . Great bathroom, great shower and water pressure est was very good.

“This hotel truly saved me.”
I arrived in Casablanca after booking and paying for a month at a nearby hotel, but it turned out to be a scam. Even though I had confirmed a late arrival, they refused to check me in due to “overbooking.” After an hour of stress and confusion, I booked this hotel instead. At the reception, I was welcomed by Rashid. I was so overwhelmed that I couldn’t hold back my tears. He stayed calm, kind, and genuinely supportive, listened to my situation, and reassured me. He even mentioned that issues with that nearby hotel happen quite often. I’m truly grateful for the kindness and humanity I received here — something I really needed in a new city, alone in that moment. Highly recommend this hotel: great service, warm people, and a place where you feel safe. Thank you, Rashid — you are my Moroccan hero 🦸 Sometimes support means more than anything else.

“It’s okay”
