Karim was really a good host. We lost the way to the house (due to google maps) and reached the house later than mentioned to host, however he was calm and waiting for us at the entrance of the apartment block / building. The house has hot water. Two balconies with places to sit, play (checkers) and have nice tea. 50 meters there is local grocery and 500 meters there is BIM supermarket. Tram just 10minutes walk. Location is very convenient with a car as highway is just 500 metres away. My kids liked NETFLIX account offered by the host. The only sound ever was the heavy trucks honking on the highways (with balcony door open). The bedrooms window/ door can be fully shut with roller blinds (as we were late risers in the morning). minute details taken care like nail cutter, mobile chargers, hair straighteners, beard trimmers. Apartment with elevator. Well lit house with natural light and good lights. Host speaks English. Petrol /gas station just adjacent to the house. Nice cafes adjacent to watch soccer with excellent vibe (UEFA matches in huge screen). Apartment exactly as seen in pictures.

Excellent facility and service by host

The staff is really helpful. Place is also comfortable. We did not explore the casablanca so we do not know how comfortable the location is but overall it is nice experince ı recommend

Karim is very nice and helpful, the apartment is fully equipped, clean. The mattresses are very comfortable. There is a garage with parking lot of you have a car. The apartment located in a secure condo.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional stay – highly recommended We stayed here for a week with my wife and our three children, escaping the cold weather, and it was honestly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in Morocco. Despite prices rising massively due to football events, Mr Kareem was extremely honest with his pricing, which we truly appreciated. From the moment we booked, he was very responsive and welcoming. He sent clear directions and was waiting for us on arrival with kindness and respect. We even told him we would arrive in 20 minutes, but we ended up being late by almost an hour and a half after stopping to shop. He never called or messaged to rush us or ask where we were — he simply waited patiently. That alone really touched us and made us feel how genuinely kind and respectful he is. The apartment was spotless, very clean, well organised, and felt safe. Mr Kareem even left complimentary coffee, water, and cake — something we’ve never experienced before in Morocco. A very thoughtful gesture. The building is secure, modern, and well maintained, with a large garage. It’s close to the motorway and about 25–30 minutes from the city centre, making travel very easy. Mr Kareem is a genuinely kind and hospitable person. We are truly grateful and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

The apartment owner was very friendly, helpful and very flexible with my arrival time. This apartment is simply wonderful: it's high-quality, modern, spacious and comfortable and has everything you need and more. The owner has gone the extra-mile to make sure you have an enjoyable stay by providing toiletries, tea and coffee, etc. It has all of the appliances that you would require, and there are lots of extra towels and bed linens. There is a shop and cafe nearby, and it's well situated if you have a car and want to go downtown or out of the city. It's safe and secure, and has underground parking. This is a great place to stay and I wish to stay longer in this apartment!

The apartment was really so good. It had everything my family needed for our stay. The Host was also so helpful and friendly. He also got us really good deals with our airport transfer and shopping. I will definitely book this apartment again.
