I gave the hotel the wrong rating a moment ago; I thought I was reviewing a different hotel. This is my real review; the staff are nice people. But the hotel isn't very comfortable. It's an average hotel. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the center. Noises from neighboring rooms can be very loud. They need to improve some things. I wish them success.

It's a very comfortable and nice hotel. The only problem is that it's far from the center. There's a metro station a 5-minute walk away; it takes 35 minutes to get to the center by metro. Considering its distance from the center, the price could have been a bit lower.

The location is handy. Walking distance to the tram stop and medina. Also there’s a very nice terrace inside to chill.

Convenient location (close grocery stores, train stations and tram station), friendly receptionists (and helpful), very competent cleaning staff (and friendly), clean and cosy room.

I am disabled and use an electric mobility scooter. We arrived near midnight and Jalil was very helpful with on street parking, unloading the car (and my mobility scooter), checking us in, and showing us to our room etc. Jalil was very helpful throughout our stay and a real asset to the hotel. We also had good help from Abdul(?) when Jalil wasn't around. Room was large and clean with a terrace with a view of the back of flats opposite! The room had old but good furniture. It had a kitchenette with kettle and stand alone table top oven. Bed hard, but that's how we like it! Bedding spotless, but duvet had no cover on it and seemed clean, if a little grey rather than white. Plenty of hot water with shower. Even with the comments below, we enjoyed our stay here. NOTE: Good cafe around the corner called Cortina. Had good breakfast there each day.

Place is very chic, staff extremely kind and overall a very nice property. First room that was given to me had a problem with hot water but Jalil came through like a boss and offered immediately a replacement and everything was solved. Good location next to the old medina, public transportation and dozens of cool places to have breakfast lunch and dinner, and drinks. 10/10 would go back.

The staff was really kind and always available. When the power turned off in our room due to a malfunctioning water kettle, the receptionist immediately helped to turn the power back on and gave us a new kettle. The staff is super accommodating and even allowed us a late check-out since our flight was later during the day. Location is ideal and the room is nice.

I really liked that the ac, hot water, and wifi worked perfectly the whole time there, there was no noise from other rooms and the staff accommodated for our requests

Hotel is very central in Casablanca, the room itself was very clean with facilities to make basic meals if required. Jalil was very kind and friendly, and very helpful with suggestions and always around to help out. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Casablanca for a comfortable, affordable stay.

“Unsanitary”

Much further from the train station that I thought. Had to cross a seedy underground passage to get to the other side of the train lines. Got accosted by a man on my way there. Difficult to find. All information given through a complicated app. When I finally got there, I found the bed linen drying on the balcony. I had to make the bed and find out that the bottom sheet was stained. The top sheet was already on the bed and wrinkled and I had to wonder if it had been washed??? There was blood on the balcony and on the bathroom door. The shower head is low and designed for washing after each toilet break as there's no toilet paper. And that means having a tepid shower as it's a very small hot water cistern.
