“Stay ok using booking.com was bad bad idea on my part don't use them”
Booked room on wrong day, my fault, i tried to get this straightend out 3 days before the booked date. tried to get date changed got run around because I booked thru booking.com instead of directly thru hotel. Hotel said have to deal with booking.com which has no phone number to call then look up on line at booking to see what todo to correct and it says call hotel, hotel says have to go to booking.com, rinse and repeat . Booking.com sends me email going to be a charge to cancel. Yep was a charge alright got billed for the whole night stay and penalty on top of that for canceling the room for wrong day. I will never use booking.com again. And I will tell everyone I know not to use it also.
