The hotel was very old.. need to renew.. we paid a lot of money but it wasn't worth it... we ask for a room no smoking and they give us a room with a lot of smell of cannabis e smoking, and the breakfast was testing old.

Good location and the employees tried so hard to make repairs but so many things were wrong.

The breakfast was OK. The location was OK that’s about it.

I had the room handicap reserved a week before. When I got there they didn't have my room no room on the first floor. I have a walker and I had to go on the second floor in the double room not handicap at all. I couldn't get up off the toilet. There is no TV and if there was an emergency I couldn't call anybody because the phone was sitting there not even hooked up. They said they would take off on my room because I had to go upstairs and then a different room but when I signed out it was the same price. I know I will not be coming back to that hotel it needs to be shut down.

“Dirty, unkempt, poor customer service”

The room was disgusting. Mirrors were dirty, hair in the bathroom sink and shower, carpets hadn't been vacuumed, tv didn't turn on, hot water didn't work, water stopped working, other guests were loud, staff was indifferent and unhelpful... Etc. the list goes on

“Disappointing”

The Motel, when we eventually found it was very modern. The room was very good and spacious.

Beds were ok

The floor where we put some of our luggage was wet. Due to the ice machine dripping water on the other side of the wall and the floor sloped towards the room we were staying in.

“Thief”

Pool was closed. We didn't stay there. They said they wouldn't charge my card, but the did anyways and for more than the original amount.

We simply cannot fault the staff or accommodation 10/10. super hotel in a very quite and secure location a stone’s throw from the historic square and other attractions. we had a super large room that was spotless with a king bed and crisp white linen. staff went out of their way throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. thank you for the use of the phone to sort out our flat tyre x

“The room was not vacuumed prior to our arrival, the breakfast was not not satisfactory.”

The room was roomy and the bathroom was great for my handicap. There was a tall stool and grab bar.

I suppose to have include the breakfast, but there were 3 day that never served the breakfast. I like the towels, there were very cleaned.
