I wanted to just make a note to say that the place was really above expectations, especially because of all the little things: the food that was provided that didn't need to be, the way the whole place was set up from the old books that were there for the kids. It's the small things that really made a big difference and it brought back a lot of memories, being someone who came from a farming background to see a lot of that. It really was special and I would highly recommend.

Situated in a good location between Carterton, Greytown and a short drive to Martinborough. Breakfast was provided with home made jams, and fresh blueberries and yogurt. Super friendly hosts who were very welcoming and happy to help when needed, very kind and lovely to chat with. Dog on site was a character.

Lovely country location yet close to town and beautiful surroundings (loved the roses). Tasteful decor, very clean and bed was very comfortable. Yummy breakfast provisions hit the spot. Dog was friendly. Spa was just right after a week at work and a wee drive.
