“The perfect place for a stay in Cartagena”

What a beautiful hotel in the historic center of Cartagena, close to everything but at the same time in a super quiet location. The rooms are very comfortable with excellent bedding . A special mention to the friendly and helpful staff!

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The facilities were in excellent condition, the swimming pool area was very nice and relaxing and the breakfast was lovely. All the staff - Ivan, Natalia, Javier and everyone, were very kind and attentive. The hotel and staff are lovely and I will stay again with them.

Breakfast is very good, freshly prepared as per your request. Room was perfectly cleaned, one of the best from my experience. Nice roof top pool. Location is in the middle of the old city, walkable distance to shops, restaurants and clubs. Highly recommend. 😊

We enjoyed our stay, bed was comfortable, rooms were good size. Location was central to many great restaurants. The staff was helpful with dinner reservation and any question we had regarding the area.

The hotel is well located, it has a nice pool and the rooms are big enough.

Breakfast was amazing. Staff in the breakfast area and kitchen were incredibly helpful and always attentive of our needs. Cleaning lady always made sure everything was tidy, thank you! Pool area was clean and had an amazing view. The hotel’s location was great: close to everything but far enough so you didn’t hear noise. Quiet and calm nights. Walking distance from most of our activities! Felt safe.

Staff was amazing and with amazing service. If you need help looking for activities or options to go to one of the regulary promoted islands they'll give you options and you can discuss with them the pros and cons. They'll also help you booking a Taxi in case you need one.

“Excellent Location, facility and service...at a price”

The location is excellent. Really cengtral to all great things to all four corners while offering a quite a secure place to rest. The breakfast offered a great variety of fruits, combined with granola, natural juices, yougurt and more. Service was excellent. Always a great smile on their faces. Great service from Luz at the front desk, as well as Brandon and Tania at the breakfast area. super recommended...although the area is pricey.

Perfect location to explore Cartagena from. Lovely hotel with incredibly comfortable and generous rooms. Great rooftop pool to lounge by when the weather is too hot to walk.

“Very nice hotel, old outside and modern inside, lovely pool on the roof.”

We took two rooms and one did not have a window leading to the outside - only a window onto the passageway. For me, that is just unacceptable. Also the TV did not work. I complained, they said they were full and could not give me another room. They came three times to "fix" the TV, to no avail. I let them know that I was very unhappy, whereupon they announced they had a last minute cancellation, and finally they gave me another room. After that, I got a lot happier but I don't think I should have had to fight. The pool area is very nice, the rooms are clean, beds are great. Location is good.
