“Paid for a 4 star, received a 2 star.”
Paid for a 4 star, received a 2 star. I don't blame the hotel for this. We were seeking one night for a return flight from Cartagena. Booking.com had this priced at around $270 CAD, close in pricing to nearby 4 star properties. Upon arrival we discovered this was nothing close to a 4 star. Pricing a week later was under $100 CAD. The hotel is clean and bare bones. I would not return. But for those on a lower budget it is suitable.

“Best choice ever!”
The staff were absolutely lovely, helpful and cheerful. The location is top, La Boquilla is underrated...lovely, tranquil and authentic experience away from tourist traps. This hotel is spotless. We couldn't ask for more.

It was a joy to stay at. The staff was very nice, due to it being under construction it has huge potential to be beautiful once construction is completed.
