“Gorgeous setting with food to match.”
The setting was beautiful. The place itself was gorgeous, the bar and restaurant, the service and staff were spot on. The food - dinner was second to none, everything on the menu we had was excellent. Breakfast was very good. The bedroom was well appointed with everything you would need with a lovely view. Comfy nights sleep.

A hidden gem. Beautiful property, gorgeous food, friendly staff and beautifully designed rooms with excellent interiors. Very classy hotel. Would definitely recommend this for overnight stay or indeed dinner.

The room was really spacious, clean and well appointed. The location was rural and very peaceful. The duck meal that night was singly the best meal we have had since being in Ireland, (over 10 days) very friendly staff/owner. We stumbled onto this place but really it needs to be a stopover when you’re anywhere near Carrickmacross

On arrival we were blown away by the ambuance of this fabulous B&B. The girls were so friendly and helpful and Declan was amazing! He informed us of different sites and landmarks around the area. Will definitely return!

“Good food”
Spacious room. Food was excellent. Breakfast was great and was served by a very cheerful lady. Evening meal was really good. The staff were friendly and professional. Clearly the restaurant is very popular with locals and it's easy to see why.
