Fabulous apartment with secure parking for our motorbike just around the corner. Close to the walled town and restaurants etc. It was a great base for exploring Carmona. We would definitely recommend and happily stay again if we return to Carmona. Loved it.

Very warm welcome from the host (this exceptional nowadays)! A secured underground carpark is available 200m (approx) from the apartment. The location is very convenient, on your way between Sevilla and Cordoba. The apartment is beautiful and very clean!! Good for 4 people for 1 or 2 nights. Bed and sofabed are comfortable. The old town of Carmona is worth visiting!

“Very nice apartment in an excellent location”

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. WiFi was excellent - 100Mbps. Having free garage parking was very useful. The host was very helpful and his communication was good. The only niggle was that people in the neighbouring apartment were rather noisy, both adults and children.

Very nice, modern and stylish apartment, super clean, on a ground floor which is an added value. It's a studio but a very large and comfortable one and everything was functioning perfectly. Our host Jose Maria met us in front of the garage, to show us the parking (very convenient to have in Spain), and then explained everything regarding the apartment and garage. It has a basically equipped kitchen for cooking a small meal or prepare a breakfast, but not much more. It was perfect for us, because it was on our way.

The property of the location was perfect, right in the centre of Carmona. Beautiful,stylish and modern apartment with private garage parking. Excellent host - great communication in the days before our stay and very friendly and helpful at check in. A bottle of wine on arrival plus water and coffee was a lovely touch. I must compliment Sebas and Jose Maria on the layout of the ground floor apartment; it is very well thought out and makes the best of the floor space. We were greeted in a timely manner and helped into the compact parking space, then taken to the apartment (around the corner). The kitchen is well equipped and the welcome bottle of wine was a very nice touch. A really nice flat, close to restaurants and attractions, yet in a quiet street - one of the best flats I’ve ever stayed in.

“Exceptional and Very Enjoyable Stay”

By far, one of the best apartments we have stayed in on our trips throughout Europe. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom had soaps, hairdryer, and a shower that had plenty of hot water with good pressure. The AC/heat unit works well, and the kitchen has all the necessary amenities (coffee maker, dish soap, dishes, etc). We were even given a bottle of Champagne and bottles of water at check in. The location is excellent-a 5 to 10 minute walk to many of the sights, restaurants, and small food markets. The secure parking garage (included in the lodging price) is 2 minutes from the apartment. But what makes this apartment exceptional is Sebastian, the owner. He met us upon arrival, was very friendly and knowledgable, and offered very good information on where to eat, sights, etc. Lastly, and not without mentioning, is the style of this modern apartment. Sebastian is an architect and the studio is designed with natural wood and soft lighting throughout. Beautiful! The apartment is 30-35 minutes from the Seville airport and train station. The town is very pleasant and worth 1 or 2 days to explore.
