“Welcoming dog-friendly stay at great value”
We were welcomed with great service, cookies, and supplies for our dog. The king-size room with fireplace and hot tub was spacious and yet cozy. The soundscape being on when we entered the room added to the peaceful, welcoming vibe. The bed was comfortable and the space was clean. Svendsgaard's Inn provided us with a list of partner restaurants that allowed us to easily pick a dog-friendly place to go for dinner. The great location allowed for walks into Carmel-by-the-Sea and to the beach. Overall, we would highly recommend as one of the more affordable dog friendly accommodations in the area.

The warmest welcome we have received on the West Coast. Lovely, lovely staff and very nice to be greeted with cookies, a roaring fire and a good hot drink selection Room was also great, bathrobes were an unexpected but lovely touch

Great location for beach and town. Excellent facilities including sink, kitchen table, microwave, and fridge. Didn't use the pool but looked very inviting. Cookies from reception were a real bonus. No charge for parking from memory...
