Exactly what we were looking for - it was clean and very comfortable, Ann was a great host and Bella the dog was the icing on the cake. Would love to visit again.

Was very clean, had everything you would need. It was like a home from home with a comfy sleigh bed to sleep in. Ann couldn't have been more helpful and is a really good host

The location was beautiful and the apartment had excellent facilities. The bed was comfortable and a good shower. Bella, the dog, was a lovely greeting in the morning.

Peace and quiet, lovely setting only met host on day we left (they were away when we arrived). But in the short time I spoke to Ann she was lovely...

“A wonderful property in the heart of Ireland”

Everything about this stay was perfect. Very good communication with the owner Ann about how to get to the accommodation and a very warm welcome when we arrived. We loved the location so quiet and peaceful and nice quiet roads to walk on. Also great as a base for exploring the surrounding counties Carlow, Kilkenny and Kildare while if you wish to go further a field to Dublin and Wexford it is also convenient. The accommodation is beautiful very well laid out and comfortable and warm. Kitchen has everything you could need and plenty of space, living space upstairs is very well appointed and there are two bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Would highly recommend this property and the area in general.

“Quiet Place to stay with the family.”

I like the place because you feel safe and it’s quiet. The kids especially love Bella the dog.

It was a lovely place to stay, the host was a lovely lady so help and lovely apple pie on arrival and another apple pie went we were leaving .They were delicious.

Beautiful, bright & super clean property! The pictures don’t do it justice as it’s so much bigger than it looks in photos. Kitchen was really well equipped with everything you would need for a longer stay (gutted we only booked 2 nights!). Ann was also a brilliant host - checked us in late, provided some really good recommendations for places nearby which made our first trip to Ireland even better than anticipated. As we were going to a wedding, we were given an entire folder with useful information such as cabs and Ann even provided us with some breakfast essentials knowing of our late arrival, which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again!

Spacious, modern, light filled & comfortable with beautiful views of the surroundings. Lovely accommodation to return home to after a busy day sightseeing & be able to cook dinner with a fully supplied kitchen & full sized refrigerator. The dishwasher made cleaning up easy & it was great to be able to wash clothes on demand. Normal size clothesline & lovely sitting areas outside.

The Duplex is very spacious, has great amenities and the location was ideal for what I needed. There is ample room for parking, privacy and security. The location is also very quiet which was perfect for my needs.
