“Perfect gem for a relaxing fun family break”
Nellies Farmhouse is a gem. Beautifully renovated, packed with quirky interesting antiques but also completely comfortable and well equipped. The bar is amazing and fantastic for hanging out. The jacuzzi was perfect after being out all day. Its really close to Carlingford for lovely restaurants. We had a wonderful few days.

Absolutely amazing staff! One of the best places I ever stayed in. It had everything you need for a fun weekend. We celebrated my sisters 30th birthday here and I honestly can’t wait to go back.

Nellies Farmhouse was simply AMAZING! The photos don't do it justice... the facilities, the hospitality, the setting. Sean was so welcoming & helpful and all the extra touches and treats were very much appreciated! Our friends all had a blast and we will be back again 100% 🎉🎉🎉

“Pure bliss!! 10 out of 10. Can’t wait to return.”
What didn’t we like would be the question. absolutely nothing!! this wee cottage oozes of comfort, all mod cons but keeping the cottage feel. Our hosts Sean and Elaine did an outstanding job with not only the property but also with the welcome they gave us. If you want to experience the ole country cottage feel, surrounded by mountains and silence and still be spoilt this is the place to be! I can’t thank them enough for giving us an absolutely wonderful weekend.

Great hosts, beautiful accommodation. Facilities were excellent and great fun with juke box and option to use bar and jacuzzi. Appreciated lovely welcome gifts including fancy fairy cakes, chocolates and Prosecco. Highly recommend.
