“Beautiful area, lovely host and rustic feel apartment - wish we’d stayed longer”

The apartment is in a small village just outside Carlazzo. Parking is by a small church and you walk the remaining steps up to the apartment. It is tastefully furnished with high ceilings and an open-plan feel. It was very clean and the owner Alex who met us, was extremely welcoming and helpful. It was well equipped but unfortunately we only stayed the one night so didn’t fully appreciate the surroundings and the apartment itself.

The accommodation is fantastic and is in quiet location. Necessary infrastucture is nearby, accesible by car. The hosts have been incredibly helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend for a great stay!

Fantastic specious apartment. Absolutely clean. Wonderful view of Lake Laguna and mountains. Very new with amazing wooden Italian design. Very peaceful. Never slept so well. Owner is organised, delightful and helpful. Kitchen, shower, sofa, dining table, wifi,bed and furniture superb. Initially booked for 3 nights but we enjoyed so much that we extended our stay for further 3 nights! Even provided best of coffee pods. Supermarket and wonderful restaurants near Porlezza, some 15 minutes drive. If you visit Menaggio or Polrezza/Laguno this place is a perfect stop for few days or more.

“Awesome place”

I'll start with the overall appearance of the house - it's an authentic Italian village house, very old and very well preserved and renovated. I loved the interior, it gave such a cozy warm feeling. The view of the mountans and the lakes in the morning was just breathtaking. The place is absolutely amazing. The host was also great. I strongly recommend.

This is a beautiful house, restored with excellent taste and design. It keeps the charm of the old farm houses and simultaneously the modern amenities are there. It is a house full of unique details. Everything is simply perfect from the decoration to the quality of the towels. We felt very welcome and the coffee/tea supplied were appreciated.

We liked absolutely everything! We arrived very late and despite this we were very warmly welcomed! The apartments are very comfortable, everything was very clean and well maintained, everything is good there! The view from the windows is amazing! There is a good supermarket a couple of kilometers from the house, it is better to get there by car. Menaggio is about 15 minutes by car. I will recommend this place to anyone who goes to relax to Lake Como.

The view from the apartment was simply mesmerizing, with the lake stretching out before us, creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere. Not only was the host helpful, but his wife was also extremely friendly and accommodating. Together, they made our stay truly memorable. We had a peaceful night's sleep in their cozy apartment, feeling well-rested and rejuvenated the next morning.
