Overview
Located on the hillside between Cargèse and the beach, this residence features an outdoor swimming pool with sea views. Residenza l’Alivetu is just a 25-minute drive from the Piana Calanches hills. All apartments offer views of the sea or garden, some include a private balcony, while others include a garden. They are complete with private bathroom and shower and a fully equipped kitchenette, and air conditioning. Outside seating is provided in all apartments allowing opportunity for al fresco dining. There is also a shared BBQ at the residence and apartments for disabled guests are available. Residenza l’Alivetu has a partner restaurant located in the centre of the village 3 km away, where guests benefit from discounted prices for half-board and full-board rates. The residence is situated just 400 metres from Alivetu of Menasina beach. Cargèse centre is a 5-minute drive away and free private parking is available on site.

Very nice resort, very clean, the lady that owns it is very nice, everday you get fresh sheets, towels,toilet paper and bottle water. Great view from the terace, the beach is 15min just straight down from the property, safe parking behind the resort. Great pool!

In general, the residency is a bit outdated. Room was very small, kitchen amenities of poor quality as the beds. However, it was nice to chill out at the pool. The beach nearby is not easily accessible - it takes about 10 min down the hill and again back...

Our apartment was well equiped and clean with big terrace and sea view. Children enjoyed in swimming pool, which was clean and big. You can grill near the apartment. The host is really approachable and responsive.
