This is a basic hotel, so I don't understand why so many people rate it as exceptional. But the price is cheap so that is fair value and the staff are very pleasant.

“Very pleasant stay.”
Well managed quiet location with pleasant shady garden. Air conditioned room with fridge, kettle and coffee. Small snacks freely available at reception. (Breakfasts were not being offered due to staff absence on medical grounds). Easily overcome by visiting a large SPAR 100 metres away.

“clean and modern”
the rooms and bathrooms are all new modern and well-furnished. air-conditioning was very high standard and worked very well. The personel is very nice and helpful, but be aware they speak French only. They offer free water, coffee, tea, small biscuits. there are plates and cutlery available if you bring your own food. the bed was very comfortable. everything super clean, they clean the rooms everyday. the room has nice balcony and there is also patio with small garden for the guests. there is a supermarket - Spar close (next building or 2) and the center of the village with restaurants and shops. we had a really nice stay.

“Excellent.”
The owner's attention to detail. He had thought of everything and had obvious pride in his hotel. Room extremely clean and comfortable. Newly refurbished room as was the shower room. Nice small balcony overlooking lovely garden. Games and books provided. Too early in season for breakfast-- however an area in reception given over to tea and coffee facilities along with biscuits and jams all for free. Sunny terrace where we ate breakfast. Beautiful garden with lots of little tables and chairs set out under the trees for guests to use. 2 minute walk to restaurants in Cargese. We would recommend the one called 20130 where we had the best meal of our holiday. Plenty of car parking space. Nice beach nearby at Pero. Good value.

The location was great, near the centre but very quiet with a beautiful garden and sweet cats. The receptionist was super nice and welcoming.
