“Friendly staff - very noisy and cold showers.”
Very friendly staff - they helped me to order a taxi from a beach near to carboneras back to the hotel.. The accommodation was clean and there was a nice bathtub. The bed was comfy.

The hotel is situated very close to the seashore (5 mins walking to the city beach). The hotel does not have it's own reception - you have to go to the Hotel Felipe (1 min walking) or call by phone - it's on the entrance door. Also there are a lot of restaurants around so you can easily find smth to eat. However kitchen for the most of them opens after 12AM so the breakfast options are limited with sandwiches. The room price was 45€ so the price was great

Characterful pension right in the heart of town - everything you need in the room inc fridge - great value. Sergio on reception is a delight!

“Better than expected”
The rooms were quite big, a lot of space, as well as the bathroom, the room temperature was good even in August, we turned off the AC for the whole stay.

“Absolutely awesome stay recommend a stay to my friends”
Location was excellent. Staff were execelent and very helpful as I was here for the vuelta de espania .they provided all information of the route going through the town with details of best view .

“Friendly and helpful staff”
-Perfect communication with Sergio, the receptionist. Very helpful on various topics ! -Located very close to the beach -It's a family business (who owns the bar, the restaurant as well as the hotel) and you can feel it: all the staff saying hello and being super friendly -The cleanliness of the room was amazing (I stayed 5 nights and had my towels regularly changed, bathroom cleaned every day)

It's very centrally located, so the position is excellent because there are shops, restaurants, the bus stop to take a bus to Almeria or La Playa de los Muertos and the beach. It's quite basic but it was ok for my 2-night stay. There was a fridge in my room, which was very loud and I had to turn it off for night. The aircon was working, the wifi wasn't and the bed was quite comfortable.
