“Lovely homestay cabana”
Lovely homestay style accommodation, 15 minute walk from landing jetty (US$2 by tuk tuk taxi). Friendly, helpful owners, very clean. Key to room. Good wifi/internet/network, but did drop a few times, maybe weather related. A couple of power points around room. Fridge available for use. Best breakfast for a long time! Arepas, egg, sausage, bread, fruit, coffee, juice. On a side road, so very quiet. Very warm, but 2 fans provided. Large bedroom (1 double bunk, 1 single bunk), a few shelves for storage, a couple of hooks for clothes. Small table. Large bathroom, good shower, sink has plug! Hooks for towels.

“Highly recommend”
Lovely breakfast in the mornings. Staff are very helpful. Great location. Bed was very large and the room is spacious.

“The best family Cabana we have stayed at.”
The family that run the Cabana are the best. Very helpful and relaxed and they do washing too! They also generously let us pay via PayPal because there is no cash machine in the village and we were low on cash. ( We are stupid British tourists). They have the most adorable dog and cats! The breakfast pizza we had was the best breakfast we've had from any hostel we have stayed in this trip! I don't usually write reviews regularly but because the family went above and beyond for us. :) Thank you! Bryn and Emma x

“Very welcoming and loving owner.”
The host is wonderful. She helped us arrange a taxi from the dock to the hotel and prepared an excellent breakfast from us. Nice terrace outside to sit and relax. Comfortable beds.

Very clean and calm place Located away (but not far) from the center so it’s calm at night The place made of wood is very chill and peaceful Free water to avoid buying plastic bottle (that would just be burned or buried here) Very good breakfast (much better than usual) and very nice staff

“Excellent staff”
Great place for a couple nights. Staff are fabulous who did our laundry and cooked us breakfast every morning. Would recommend for the price.
