“A charming family hostal”

The weather was really bad when I was there. Gabi and José were so nice, nonetheless they made my stay an unforgettable experience.

Very new and well finished property with the best hostel owners you will ever stay with. The location is set back from the main strip at the seafront but is central and only a short walk away. The room came with its own mosquito net for the bed which was a life saver as there can be a lot of mosquitos in this area. You will need to pay in cash at the property but they are very accommodating and will let you pay once you’ve been able to withdraw some money. The owners are Gabi and Jose - they are present at the property most of the time - along with their cat Tommy. They are honestly the best hosts we could have asked for. They couldn’t have done any more to help us during our stay.

Hosts were exceptionally nice and helpful. Clean basic rooms, well located. Solar panels provide a defense against the town's frequent power outages.

The rooms where very clean and spacious, one of the best hostels I have stayed in, in Colombia!

The owners are really nice. They help you with everything you need. The rooms are nice and spacious. Very clean and we even had a really good mosquito net. Value for money is probably best in town. It is just a 5 min. walk to the harbour so it is quiet at night whereas in the town you hear a lot of noise until late at night.

The owners were such lovely, welcoming and amazing people. After arriving to Capurgana, we had a few experiences of meeting some not so nice people, whilst asking for directions, buying SIM cards and exchanging money. So we were cheered up by the two hostel owners who welcomed us with open arms and put a smile on our face. The hostel was open, airy and really clean. It had all the facilities we needed and we found it to be great value for money!

great location just a short walk to the main square. the property was clean and secure and beds comfy. the couple that own it were honestly so lovely. They are amazing. even washed our clothes for free. would def stay again.

the location of the property is not in the main area so it’s nice and quiet when we are sleeping but it is also convenient to get to the ferry point and food places.

Jose and Gabbi are great hosts and allow guests to use the kitchen and ice in the freezer. Jose walked me to the hiking trail entrance to.Sapzorro as I did not know the way. Wifi was good and the hotel is solar powered , a real benefit as the diesel generator powering Capgurna is unreliable.
