The ground are beautiful. The apartment could use more toiletry items and the kitchen could have coffee, sugar bottles of water . It would be a little more welcoming. The woman who set up breakfast was so sweet and happy.

“Lovely property close to facilities”
Lovely location just outside town. Room was spotless with comfy beds. Lovely breakfast with lots of produce actually from the property including juices, jams and eggs. Beautiful gardens to enjoy and plenty of free parking. Great restaurants recommended close by - read the in room info. Highly recommend and would definitely return. Thank you.

“Relaxing experience”
Feels like you are back in time. Very natural and nice atmosphere. Breakfast was good, both sweet and salty. Beds were a bit soft for my taste but nothing to really complain about.

“fabulous farmstay in very tranquil area, great service and food”
Beautiful quiet location in the country. clean and tidy rooms, rustic ceiling beams and decor. Very friendly and helpful staff despite our not speaking Italian. Superb local breakfast. Pool wasn't open yet, watch for opening times. Wonderful running and cycling on property. beautiful authentic Italian country experience for those like us that don't like typical modern hotels. Locals in nearby town of Capua were also very welcoming and helpful!

Went out of their way making home made GF bread with their own jams and fruit juice plus cold cuts and cheese including amazing burrata. Pretty landscaped grounds, pool in summer. Very quiet and private location, charming old world feel.
