The suite is big and clean, beautiful decor and authentic vibes. Big bed, great air conditioner, room very silent. Excellent! Beautiful views surrounding the castle. Wonderful atmosphere and stunning views.

“Beautiful location and castle”
Location of the castle, golf course nearby. It was a stunning location, green, peaceful with beautiful views. However guest service needs improvement as well as room cleaning. AC didn’t work well in the room and beds are pillows were not comfortable. It was surprising to find out that access to the pool was at extra charge per person. Not what you expect for the price you pay.

“Peaceful”
Historical restored castle were Giacomo Casanova stayed for awhile. Fascinating interior and beautiful garden where I could take a nice stroll. Breakfast was generous and had quite a lot of choices. Being far from everything and on Christmas night, with only another family staying, it was very quiet, total bliss. Also I appreciated the cuisine of the Hosteria del Castello, which is few meters away, recommended.

“Great location definately priced well.”
The property is located in the heart of the Collio, the wine hills of Friuli. Beautifully restored and landscaped. There was a problem of communication with the booking of the dinner between the castle and the restaurant. Restaurants are not owned from the same property of the castle. The castle property took in charge the situation and helped mitigating the issue. Things did not go completely as planned but over all was a nice stay in a beautiful location.

Good afternoon. To begin with, we came to the hotel for an event related to sauna masters. I can't say anything bad about the hotel itself, but I didn't like the service. More places than possible were invited and sold to the sauna (The place to relax after the sauna was 3 times less than people). Therefore, we did not stay there and immediately left the room. In total, we owned the room for 2 hours, of which we spent 1 hour trying to find where to eat. The manager at the eviction did not want to meet us halfway and took the full price for the room that we did not use. The administrator did not offer anything in return, so that the general negativity due to wasted money was smoothed out. Pay attention to this. Thanks for your attention
