Firstly Silvia and Mauro ( our hosts) were so helpful, friendly and accommodating - the kind of people you can easily connect with . We felt like family . The apartment itself is very spacious , clean and well equipped with some beautiful and interesting artisan art and objects. This place has everything you will need for a short or long stay . The apartment has access to the beautiful gardens with stunning views across the Val Imagna as well as numerous hiking and cycling trails. There are amenities nearby ( in Capizzone) including bar, restaurants and small supermarket . Its a beautiful place ! Thank you :)

“Tranquil staycation destination”

The host Silvia was super friendly and prompt in terms of communication. She even prepared dessert for the night, which was super delicious. The fridge was well stocked with breakfast items. The kitchen is also fully equipped, although I only made morning coffee, I could see it can do accommodate a whole family without any problem. The ground floor is very very spacious just for myself.

“Beautiful apartment, great value for money, exceptional host”

The host Silvia, was so friendly and welcoming. It makes all the difference when you arrive somewhere new. We got there tired from doing a long bike event, and she had made us a typical torta from the region - but a vegan one to suit our dietary requirements. It was the little touches like this that made all the difference. From the stocked kitchen that meant we didn't have to rush out to get shopping, helping clean our bikes and going to the effort to send something important back to me that I left behind - nothing was too much trouble. The apartment itself is a good size, there's interesting arty things all around, the garden is beautiful with lovely views. Although it is down a steep little hill, there was an ample sized space to park the car.

Lovely host and very nice location

The space is very warm and well decorated. It has everything you need and more. The garden is beautiful and the views are gorgeous. Silvia was very welcoming and took care of every request we had. We had home baked pastries waiting for us when we arrived and it was so kind and delicious 😋

Silvia is a fantastic host, our plane was delayed for 2 hours and we arrived late at night. She waited for us with a nice cake, the fridge was furnished with some treats and she made us feel like home immediately. The bed is very confortable(even the extensible couch) and the linens are of top quality. Everything is absolutely spotless clean and nothing you may need is missing. Even bathrobes are available. I have stayed in many places arround the world and I never stayed in a place so well cared for.

“Countryside Bliss”

We have been traveling around Italy for a month and this has been by far our best accommodation. Silvia was such great host and went over and above to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location was simply superb if you're looking to be out of the city and feel what the true italian countryside has to offer. The house and amenities were top notch and so clean. Lighting the lanterns outside at night was the cherry on top. Can't wait to come back and stay again one day.
