“Traditional property in stunning location.”
Great property in fabulous location. The village is warren of steep uneven lanes, but that's its charm. You might take a few wrong turns, but you'll get there in the end. Communication was great and easy to follow instructions.

“Wonderful nature escape”
The house itself- Moorish traditional architectural style (from Alpujarra) refurbished with a modern fusion design, with all modern life commodities. Beautiful and peaceful views opposite the Barranco del Poqueira. Perfect base for hiking all routes from Capileira, and connecting with the mini bus to Mulhacén peak. Best place for a romantic escapade or total disconnection in the mountains. Administrators very helpful and friendly.

“Christmas Day away from the hustle and bustle.Bliss!!”
Great place to enjoy a three night Christmas break. Peace and quiet at the bottom part of the village. Had everything we needed to self cater and was very comfortable.

Getting to the place is quite a hike downhill, but what a wonderful hike it is. It's a typical Spanish white village at its best, with beautiful houses, porches, terraces, winding alleyways, and flower arrangements everywhere. The apartment is small but cozy, and has everything you need, including a very well-equipped kitchen. The bed is very comfy. The place has a really good vibe and is well decorated and furnished.

“Great value in a lovely location.”
Great value for the money and a peaceful location with only the sound of goats bells and swifts for company. Beautiful views. A nice walk through the older part of the village to get there, if a little steep in places; not sure a wheeled suitcase would survive. The welcome bottle of wine and pack of beers was a nice touch and the sack of logs left for the wood burner for those cooler winters days, with the option to buy more if needed, would be appreciated.

really enjoyed the space and facilities in the apartment Location great for us and views from the apartment fab 😃 easy to access walk’s which were lovely .You need to be fit and happy to walk up steep steps which we are .we will book again as really enjoyed our stay here .Great local bars and restaurants but also good to cook as well and enjoy the views on the balcony

Wonderful stay for a week with a three-year-old child; excellent location for trails away from summer heat. As mentioned in the announcement, the apartment is situated in the lower part of the village, which means you need to be in good shape to reach the centre of the village in 10-15 minutes, but even our three-year-old didn't have any problems. The good side of this location is the silence and the incredible view.

The views from the balcony down the valley and the sounds of the cow and goat bells. The location was very peaceful.
