“City views and amazing security in a quiet CBD area”

Very nice apartment on the 17th floor with a beautiful city view, located in a quiet area of the CBD. The security system is incredibly controlled and modern, with facial scanner and fingerprint access, even for the parking area on the 9th floor. It actually made me smile having to drive up 9 levels just to park! There is also a swimming pool on the 17th floor with a stunning view of Table Mountain. I didn’t use it because it wasn’t heated and it was autumn, but the view alone was worth it. The apartment itself is cozy, clean, functional, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s not brand new, but still very well maintained. Special mention to Cristina, the host, who was extremely kind and always replied immediately on WhatsApp whenever needed. Recommended!

“Fantastic apartment - safe, clean, home from home”

Great location, 20 minute walk to the V&A area on a day time. Uber takes about 5/10 minutes and costs very little. We visited all areas of Cape Town from the apartment via Uber or transfer. Plenty of security and staff at reception to help you if you needed anything. Pool area and bar only visited once because of poor weather but looked great. Room itself is fully equipped with everything you will need, a home from home. Lots of extra touches to make life easy whilst on holiday. Communication with owner great. Views from balcony great. We travelled 2 adults and 1 5YO. Really great stay.

The security checks were very good. The location was convenient. The views were excellent.

Great place to base ourselves out of during our Cape Town stay. Walkable to the museums, Company Gardens, VA Waterfront & BoKaap. Loved it all, would definitely recommend.

“Breathtaking views”

Our host, Christina, was extremely accommodating and easily accessible. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The views of the mountains and ocean were absolutely breathtaking!

The room was neat and cool. The places around for food and other things are very close. The reception people help greatly.

I stayed in this apartment during my visit to Cape Town and really enjoyed my time there. The place is beautifully furnished and has everything you need — from a fully equipped kitchen to a very comfortable bed. The view from the windows is absolutely stunning, and the overall atmosphere is cozy and relaxing.

This apartment is a total gem in the centre of Cape Town and is perfect for a longer stay - the kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of space for a couple. The building is really secure with attentive concierge and a security gate so only residents can enter. The view from the balcony is excellent and the proximity to all the key sights is perfect with restaurants and bars on your doorstep, or the V&A and Camps Bay just a short uber away.

Location and all the lifts were working .I was there the week before on 12th floor and only 2 were working it was quicker to walk down the stairs.

Easy communication with the owner. All questions answered quickly. Thank you Christina! Perfect location - 200m from car hire company and 500m from African restaurant, easy to find by Uber drivers. Very safe location but not all procedures/equipment were working well. But the local security staff was very cooperative. Funny parking place because located on the 9th floor!

“Beautiful and helpfull owner and staff”

The view is just amazing. You can clearly see lions head, the stadium and the V&A waterfront from the balcony. Absolutely beautiful view!
