An excellent studio apartment close to the restaurant and coffee shops on nearby Bree St. The apartment is well furnished, has a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with an excellent rainforest shower and an amazing terrace.

Hostess was super helpful. Welcoming chocolate on the bed. Lovely smell when we walked in. Secure and safe building. Clean.

“Fabulous stay”

Apartment was perfect for our needs, great location within easy walking or Uber distance to everything. The apartment is modern and well-equipped with a very comfortable bed and a great shower with plenty of hot water. Kitchen is well-equipped too if you want to do some self-catering. It's very secure with super friendly and helpful security staff. The outside space is great too with a spacious terrace and table and chairs. Parking garage is a great help too if you have a rental car as we did. There's a good Kwikspar on Kloof Street if you need it in easy walking distance. Very happy to recommend for your stay in Cape Town.

“Dissatisfied and Disappointed”

I didn’t even get to see it. I was told an hour before I checked in that I didn’t have a place to stay, after having booked two weeks in advance. Then I was told that they were going to organise another place for me to stay. I wanted a room with a view of CPT and was left with a room with no view at a place across from where I wanted to stay. It was the biggest disappointment of my trip. While matter was resolved , I had no other option but to stay at a place I didn’t like😭

“Perfect place to base yourself for a stay in Capd Town”

Lovely centrally located flat in Cape Town CPD bigger than it looks in the picture. Had everything you need for a lovely stay. Loved the lounge area and terrace which is huge and a sun trap in the morning, Also the apartment is right next to the communal pool if you fancy a morning/ evening dip. The building has security at reception and secure parking so is super safe. Some good cafe and restaurants a short walk from the flat if you don’t fancy cooking but the kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, washer/ dryer and Nepresso Coffee machine . Kiril was super professional and even though I booked last minute sorted out the check in process in no time. The flat was immaculate when I arrived and the bottle of wine on the bed was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend this and would stay again.

This apartment is a hidden gem. Great location in the middle of city bowl, with a guarded parking. The apartment has an amazing terrace. It’s well equipped with a great kitchen, washing machine, etc everything you need! The host is just absolutely wonderful as well, going above and beyond to ensure that it’s a perfect stay!

“Work trip in Cape Town”

This was the most stocked apartment. Everything that you need is in the apartment and more. It smelled very nice when we walked in. Lovely bed and pillows, slept like a baby . The balcony was also nice with the fairy lights.

Location was good and walkable to V&A Waterfront. The appartment is quite small but well equiped and was perfectly fine for our 5 day visit in Cape Town
