“Good place to stay just for a night as you travel. Would not want to stay longer.”
The place was conveniently near the airport and great for a first arrival in Capetown before driving on westwards. Soft bed, kitchen well equipped.

It's closer to the restaurants we wanted and the beach. The carpet and the couch had stains The bed was comfy Only 2 towels were provided And the key issues, we arrived after 9pm because our flight was delayed. When organising the keys the person asked if we had other options or if we could wait for the keys, i was disappointed with the service. It needs better management

“I didnt have a great stay”
The apartment is very basic , and i mean basic. It is excessively hot inside with no fan or air conditioning. The apartment block that the apartment is in also have very volatile residents, a fight broke out on my first night there . Some one in the apartment block was smoking mariuana to the extend i had to close the windows the only source of cool air . There was no toilet paper only 2 towels , no tea or coffee and wifi wasnt connected to the tv so having netflix meant zero.

The welcoming was very nice, the atmosphere & surrounding area , u have so much to do ,& walk around, variety pf shops, restaurants to choose from.So close to the beach, just what I needed. .Roy went out of his way to make us feel welcome & comfortable..Absolute awesome place to get away , which I definitely going back , no doubt about it..I would recommend to anyone if u need some time away , Cozy Strand Beach is the place to be..See u soon ..

On arrival place was dirty just an hide up was made so we can be the next guests. No necessities like toilet paper and things that had been advertise like coffee and sugar
