Overview
33 Strawberry Lane offers a comfortable studio and a cottage, set in the heart of Belle Constantia. There is a private garden, and the Constantia Green Belt is nearby for guests to walk or ride bicycles through. Wine farms are all within minutes of the property. Both units at 33 Strawberry Lane feature a kitchen/kitchenette equipped with a Nespresso machine with a range of coffee types. Other appliances include a microwave, mini fridge, toaster and a kettle. The bright studio has high ceilings, white wooden floorboards and wooden shutters. It comprises 2 armchairs, headboard and lampshades are in neutral linen, and the queen size bed is dressed in White Company bed linen. There is a TV with a full DSTV package. The bathroom comes with shower, heated towel rails and toilet, while the Rooibos Toiletries are locally made by Ecoco Ecoco. The studio has a small courtyard where you can lounge on long cushions and sit at a small bistro table. Cape Town City Centre is a 20-minute drive from the property and sandy beaches can be reached in a 30–40 minutes ride. Cape Town International Airport is 16 km away.

“A charming, comfortable and secure place to stay in Constantia.”
We chose the property firstly because it was in an excellent location for the things that we wished to do. We had a hire car, which is needed, as public transport is poor in Cape Town, and we wanted to drive around the Cape as well as in Cape Town itself. The property was well equipped, clean and warm and set in a lovely garden. There were a few nice walks and plenty of places to eat out in the evening. We felt it was very reasonably priced too. Our hosts were welcoming and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
