-We felt more like a private villa than a traditional hotel. -Elegant décor combining fine art, collectible furnishings, and a sophistication -concierge assistance - some staff’s warmth, a special glance to Frank for his professionalism, informations and genuine enthusiasm. - Breakfast choice (but not the warm food selection) and common areas feature stunning panoramic views

The hotel left a very positive impression. What I especially loved was its intimate, boutique feel — it never feels crowded, everything is calm and private, which is a big plus for me. The location is beautiful, and the views are truly stunning, especially if you choose a sea-view suite. It’s one of those places where reality matches (and sometimes even exceeds) expectations. Breakfast is served à la carte — delicious, well-presented, and thoughtfully prepared without any rush. Overall, the service stands out: the team is ready to assist with almost anything, from in-room massages to small details that make your stay more comfortable. It’s definitely a place with a special atmosphere — one you want to come back to.

We had only booked three nights at first, but we ended up loving it so much that we extended our stay for another three nights and honestly, every single day felt just as special as the first. What really makes this place stand out is the people. Every single team member has one goal: to make you feel at home. They don’t just help with activities, restaurant reservations, but they do it all with so much genuine care and attention to detail that you feel truly looked after. A huge thank you to the entire 21 Nettleton team for giving us the best staycation experience of our lives. 21 Nettleton is a home from home. We arrived to a warm greeting from the Nettleton team, nothing was too much trouble and their aim was to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. The location of the hotel is stunning with amazing views of the South Atlantic Ocean, Tabletop Mountain and the 12 Apostles. The hotel is ideally located from the V&A area but is far enough from the hustle and bustle of the area to make you feel completely relaxed and at ease. The property is immaculately maintained and beautifully appointed. We loved every part of the hotel. The food prepared for breakfast , lunch and dinner was fabulous and to a high end standard. We could not recommend this property more and will be looking to return in the very near future.
