It’s in a quiet place, fa from traffic. The room is big, like 25m2 There’s a fridge. Breakfast was egg bread and coffee milo . It was fine

It was hard to find. No signage. It was filthy!

“Great option for Cape Coast”

The small guest house was for me only a cheap option for a quick stay over, but it turned out to be a great alternative to any larger hotel in town. The owner is super friendly and helps with absolutely everything. Fantastic service. The room is large and comfortable. The shower alone was bigger than any bathroom I had in Ghana before. Absolutely recommended.

Check in was easy, everyone I met was friendly and helpful. Transport and wifi were organised for me, and breakfast was made available which consisted of an omelette and hot drink. The room had an AC and fan, the bathroom had a bath and spacious shower with soap and a towel available. There was a good amount of storage and a large bed. The hotel was well maintained with a small outdoor area. The location is about a 5-8min drive from the main town but a 40min walk. Overall, for the one night that I stayed I was satisfied with the hotel.

“Rejection upon arrival due to fully booked despite confirmed email booking reservation”

even though I received a booking confirmation via email (which did not e.g.,include any information about a necessary upfront payment), we were rejected upon arrival because the hotel was fully booked. at the same time, booking.com suggested on their platform that there were still two rooms available for the aspired stay of one night. After the lady at the reception unsuccessfully tried to clarify the situation with the manager, with no information upfront, we were sent to another hotel (cannot give the name as the place did not exist anywhere online, not even on Google Maps) which seemed to have been in the last phases of construction. service was much to be wished for (no room keys at first, dirty towels and no toilet paper in the bathroom, badly smelling refrigerator, as often more expensive than communicated upfront) despite a very welcoming and clearly underaged „manager“ who tried his best to compensate for the lack of preparation. the room has AC and a great view onto the Atlantic, though. all in all, transparency via clear communication could have solved most if not all of the inconveniences and left us with a better experience than we had regarding this hotel.
